Your body might start releasing, and that's a good sign, not something to worry about. You might cry, you might laugh. I've experienced both, at the same time, totally normal.
You could feel tingles in your hands or scalp, waves of heat, or a cool breezy feeling as things clear out. You'll probably yawn a lot too, that's just tension leaving your nervous system. If your body wants to twitch, sway, or move, let it, it knows what it needs even when your brain doesn't. By the end, you'll feel wrapped in this warm cocoon of light, safe, and completely let go. And sometimes you'll feel nothing at all, that's happened to me too, but know that something on the inside still shifted.

Kundalini Reiki, no, it's not a Harry Potter spell. I blended Kundalini and Reiki together to create one seamless energy, like mixing two colors to make a brand new one, so instead of one intense hit, it flows smoothly and won't spike your nervous system.
Think of Kundalini as mother nature and galactic energy, the raw, primal life force of the earth and the cosmos.

Sound healing, no, it's not just me hitting a singing bowl and hoping for the best. I actually craft specific playlists, blending different tones, frequencies, and songs, some ancient, some totally unexpected, that work together to reach you on a cellular level.
Like, take Motley Crue's 'Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away),' that song genuinely heals something in me, and I have a feeling it might do the same for you. Because healing doesn't always look like chimes and gongs, sometimes it's the song that hits your soul exactly where it needs to be hit.
So when I say sound healing, I mean intentional, personal, sometimes unexpected soundscapes, built to move something loose inside you.

Distance virtual healing, no, I'm not out here waving my hands over a webcam like some kind of wizard. ( I might be the crossover between Luna Lovegood and Miss Grotke from that Recess cartoon show).
Energy doesn't actually care about distance, it's not like WiFi that cuts out when you're too far from the router. Whether you're right next to me or on the other side of the world, the energy moves the same way, because we're all connected underneath it all anyway.
